Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or credit card used on your purchase within 5-7 business days. Processing time can vary depending on the credit card or banking company used.

If you’ve placed an order through one of our partners, please refer to their specific Customer Care team for instructions on how to return or exchange your order with them.

Non-refundable Items
Gift cards/gift card purchase and downloadable items are not eligible for return or refunds.

 

Returns Policy

Coffee Products
All perishable items are not eligible for return. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your coffee, please contact us within 30 days of your order’s arrival to see if your order is eligible for online store credit.

Non-Perishable Products
All non-perishable items can be returned upon approval as long as the item remains in good condition. Requests for a return or exchange of any unused non-perishable items must be within 30 days of your order’s arrival. To initiate a return, please contact us and if applicable, attach any necessary documentation for our team to review.

Third-Party Purchases
We are unable to process any returns for 3rd party partners. If you’ve placed an order through one of our partners, please refer to their specific return policy on how to return or exchange your order with them.

Damaged Items
Items damaged in transit are eligible for a replacement if notified within 24 hours of your order’s arrival. For eligible replacement approval you will need to provide us with photos of any damaged items you received.
