Can I pick what roast I would like? 

Yes, just email us at hello@gathercoffee.co with your preferred roast (light, medium, dark).

 

How do I get a free track day with Turn8 Racing? 

If you purchased the annual subscription, you can redeem your track day immediately by emailing us at hell@gathercoffee.co. If you purchased the monthly subscription, your track day will be redeemable at your one year anniversary.

 

Can I redeem my free track day for every event with Turn8 Racing?

All events are included, except special events. Currently, the only special event excluded is 7/21/23 Laguna Seca with 034Motorsport. Check out the schedule of events from Turn8 Racing here - https://www.turn8racing.com/track-events

 

When are the private coffee tastings with our Roaster?

Twice a year, in the spring and fall. Our roastery is located in Klamath Falls, Oregon and we will email the dates and details to all members in our newsletter.

 

What is the Friends and Family VIP shipping service?

Contact us anytime to ship coffee and/or merchandise anywhere in the world. Just tell us what you would like to ship and to what location and we'll take care of the rest!

 

How do I get my 15% coffee discount?

You will have a unique coupon code that we will provide for use on our website.

 

Is shipping included in your coffee club subscription?

Unfortunately, it will be hard to know where everyone would like their coffee shipped, so your original payment method will be charged separately upon shipping.
